Just a few weeks after new renderings were revealed for developers Hines and Ivanhoé Cambridge's Bay Park Centre in Toronto, a new video has been released that shows the ambitious Wilkinson Eyre and Adamson Associates Architects-designed office complex rendered into the city's skyline.

The development will consist of a first phase tower at 81 Bay Street that rises 48 storeys (832 ft / 254 m) and will contain approximately 1,300,000 square feet of space, primarily for use as offices. A second phase, located at 141 Bay Street, is currently in the planning stages.
