Today's Viewfinder takes us to Edmonton for a look at the under-construction Rogers Place, developed by Katz Group Properties in cooperation with the City of Edmonton. Set to open as the new home of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers in time for the start of the 2016-2017 NHL season, the new facility will have a capacity of 18,641 for hockey games and 20,734 when configured for concerts.
