Sales for 158 residences located at the junction of the Quartier des spectacles and Old Montreal will launch this week, announced developers Cogir Real Estate, DevMcGill and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ. The condominium phase of the Humaniti project, bounded by Viger, de Bleury, de la Gauchetière and Hermine streets in the heart of Canada's second-largest city, will be held within a 39-storey tower.

Ranging in size from 400 to 3,000 square feet, all residences will be located in the upper floors of the Humaniti project's skyscraper, giving homeowners unique views of the Montreal skyline. Planned amenities include an exclusive swimming pool and sky lounge, private elevators and parking, and access to concierge, housekeeping, meal and laundry services offered by Marriott's Autograph Collection Hotel, which will occupy floors eight through 19 of the building.

The design of the tower comes courtesy of Lemay, who are aiming to accomplish LEED and WELL certifications. In total, the $200 million Humaniti project will include 158 condominiums, 314 apartments, 193 hotel rooms, 57,000 square feet of office space, 17,000 square feet of retail space, and five levels of underground parking.
