Four months since our last update, and progress at the 57-storey Elysee in Miami has been moving along swiftly. Standing tall as the 198-metre residential tower passes its halfway point, Elysee will soon be the latest of its kind to grace the glistening waters of Biscayne Bay.

Despite being one of Miami's tallest residential high-rises, the ultra-luxury Elysee will have space for just 100 units, most of which will be split between half- and full-storey configurations. Spanning between 2,200 and 7,700 sq. ft., units will be very spacious, with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Located on a prime stretch of the Biscayne Bay waterfront, Elysee is just steps from the Arts & Entertainment District, the Miami Design District, and countless world-class restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. With prices ranging from $1.8-$10 million (USD), it is reasonable to assume that Elysee's clientele will be more than able to take advantage of the best the city has to offer.

Amenities will include several pools, lounges, and a fitness centre, along with a spa, sauna, and children's play area. Once complete, Elysee will be a fine addition to Miami's ever-growing luxury condo market.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
