Preeminent Dubai real estate developer Emaar Properties has launched their next project, a 44-storey residential tower named Burj Crown. Designed by Hong Kong-based architecture studio LWK + Partners, the 440-unit development located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard will feature grand views of Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building.

Residents of the tower's one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be placed within walking distance to a number of local landmarks, including The Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountains and Burj Park. The project will also offer direct access to and from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard with a dedicated drop-off and pick-up area.

"Burj Crown will undoubtedly become one of the most desirable addresses in Dubai," said Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar. "We are delighted with the contribution of LWK + Partners, who have designed an exceptional addition to the ever-evolving skyline in the heart of Downtown Dubai. With exceptional amenities and direct views to Dubai Opera district, Burj Crown presents an unmissable investment opportunity."

A contemporary reception and lounge area will greet residents and their guests to the building. Residential amenities are in abundance, with the development's 'leisure deck' hosting a large outdoor area with green spaces. Additional amenities include an outdoor children's playground, a barbecue area, and a swimming pool. An 'active roof' area also offers opportunities for residents to enjoy an outdoor gathering area featuring views of Downtown Dubai.
