Unfortunately, as noted on Mayor Chow thread, City only seems to give the workers cement coloured paint. Fortunately, the bridges are still with WT who seem more attuned to colour!

The City agreed to close it all all year at Council last fall. The BIA were not prepared and appear not to be ready yet - though they appeared to want this. They are changing their name and that may be taking up their energy/

They are submitting the same expenses because there are TWO travellers - Mantas and his Chief of Staff. The limit for travel is $7000/person. Nobody is saying all of it was for Mantas. If it smells like gravy and looks like gravy it probably IS gravy!
