New sale of land at 1083 Dundas for 6.9 mill (Realnet) in March 2020. I don't know the developer, or perhaps it is just a holding company. The sale also includes 14 Halton (rear), which is interesting because the two sites are on either side of a laneway, which leads me to believe this is the first of a few sales to be had for this assembly.

Mods feel free to edit thread title.

Interesting. 1083 Dundas W is the address of the auto garage, just west of Shaw. Although not necessarily wide on its own, the site is quite deep though, especially if it's going to eventually combine to reach Halton Street.

Wonder if the next step would be acquiring the building immediately to the west along Dundas, which is currently the Festival Portuguese TV & radio station building.

"Academy of Lions", a fitness centre with a cafe, will be opening here:

1083-1085 DUNDAS ST W
Ward 10: Spadina-Fort York

To convert a portion of the existing one-storey commercial building (fitness club) into an eating establishment and retail store. The existing rear vacant lot, municipally known as 14 R Halton Street, will be used to provide seven off-site parking spaces to be used solely in conjunction with the proposed use of the building.

To permit the change of use of the existing lawful non-conforming one-storey fitness club building (with limited space for eating establishment and retail store), by converting it into an entire retail store.
