This is at Christie and Yarmouth according to a reliable source. That is very good news as the stretch of Christie just south of Dupont is a great emerging strip.

I've had breakfast there many times. I wouldn't describe it as "great" but it's fine, and fun.

There's also St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox church further up at Dovercourt & Davenport. I've passed by this countless times but can finally link it together with the topic of discussion here

The renovation project at Dupont & Manning is substantially done. Here's the current approach they're talking to prevent tagging and appeara to be working so far lol
