I only commented on it because I have, sadly, seen Resident Evil (the first two anyway, I heard the third one was even worse).

And yeah, the nerd comment was completely tongue-in-cheek. This forum is Nerd Central™.
 
So if we had underground towers, I guess the whole skyscraper geek thing would just go out the window.
 
They'd be called crustscrapers then. Not exactly evocative phrasing - even for the most geeky.
 
I'm beginning to feel sorry I asked.

We should place a bet on when we think the first crane will be installed for this project.

Demolition will take 2-3 months another month of preperation and at least 6 months to dig fhis big area,thats about 10 months i cant see this crane going up before April 2009.I still say the crane will go up June 1 2009
 
Just so all the doubters know, work has commenced on demolition.
