"the condo is being built by a private Developer called Concord Adex and from what I can find, they do not have a noise permit exemption" - City of Toronto
Every single night that the noise continues past 7 PM you should contact the office of Joe Cressy, your Ward Councillor. 416-392-4044 or councillor_cressy@toronto.ca

Everything Concord touches is a mess
It's like the opposite of the Midas touch
The townhouses should have been preserved and incorporated in like RIU Theater District

Photos taken December 12th, 2021: Do not hold me responsible for Concord's work, I'm merely documenting the travesty!

From Richmond just west of Duncan, looking over 'Scotiabank' Cinema.

Sigh, to think this street used to be interesting....

I guess Concord isn't going away anytime soon, huh? No financial issues, huh?

Quite the opposite I expect. If The Clover is any indication, people are willing to pay a premium for a product with finishings/warranty provided Concord, even when Cresford did most of the construction. Given their spending thriftness (low financing costs, lower material costs, etc.), Concord's margins should be pretty strong.

A growth of a crime against all things decent rises in the midst of examples of how things should be done... /sigh
