Wish they'd limited the surface parking here to only the 10 or so spots on the south half of the courtyard.

Parking should have been underground. Pretty ugly views for the units facing the parking lot (half of them) from the render in post #255. Changed my vote on the design to "dislike".

I think there is underground parking. I'm pretty sure the surface parking is just a supplement to it. You can see the ramp in the render.

I realize there is some underground parking but the layout with the large parking lot there in front of the units facing North, East and West is poor design and you have to wonder why they need such a large parking lot and could they have not left the land closest to building a green zone for trees and shrubs?

It's awesome to see some new life being breathed in the area, especially with some quality development. Hope this spurs more projects like these throughout the areas surrounding Commonwealth.

even though this surface parking is most likely just visitor parking, it could easily be cut back by 50% and the reclaimed land used as a green space/child's play area

The Stadium station upgrade and new crossing came at the perfect time. I wonder if we’ll ever see some of the older lowrise units neighbouring this development be redeveloped as well. Job well done thus far regardless

The stadium area has sneakily become a very nice TOD type development. Now with the LRT station reno, it's really starting to come together well and become one of my personal favorite parts of the city. I just wish there were slightly better access to the River Valley (I know it's right there but you have to cross Jasper which is a bit treacherous). I also think this area needs some more street level commercial development and it could be truly a vibrant and great space in the city.

I'm really gonna need a grocery store in that building on the corner of Stadium rd and 112 Ave though. That'll be peak convenience for me personally, thanks.

There is a Save-On Foods in the NE corner of 112 Ave and 82 St

One that area is completed, I hope they do not stop there. I would love to see this area just east of it redeveloped with a similar vision in mind.
