Based on the documents from Planning Committee it seems they'll only be going down a floor or so to be able to stack 3 layers of cars. The northwest corner is unexcavated, hence the odd layout of the shoring piles. They won't be digging that low in the back corner.

Seems the shoring piles seem to be done here. Nobody working on site, I imagine they're awaiting dump truck availability

Anyone know what these cross beams are for? I've not seen these welded horizontally on other developments shoring?

Crazy, it actually DOES look gold like the original render when the sun hits it just right at dusk or dawn..

Digging, looks to almost be at final depth. Might start to see foundation be poured in the next couple of weeks
