Seems like the contract split on newer projects try and address this by keeping contracts small enough that they could threaten to cancel and re-contract. That wasn't an option with this project, as any threats would basically mean crosslinx can bankrupt themselves and walk away, leaving everything incomplete.

Verster will give the same corporate line that they will hold CTS accountable bullshit. Counting down the days he's relieved of his dutiesThey'll at least give updates every couple of months.

I stick to my prediction above. Full system opening in April-May 2025.I think 2025 is likely. A year from now is essentially June 2024. That‘s not long enough for things to work their way through the courts. So, add another six to seven months and then we‘re into Jan-Feb 2025. But you don’t want to launch a new system in the snow…. so that’s April-May 2025.
