I wonder why they haven't put up more of that silver cladding. Maybe they realized it doesn't look good so they're getting a different one? But that wouldn't really make sense as it would be very costly...

unofficial word I have from people involved in this project is that shovels will be in the ground for either the second tower (their preference) or the midrise connection by spring 2025
