Champlain Village is mixed use multi residential subdivision planned to have a mix of low to high rise buildings. Phase 1 completed in 2023 consists of two 4 story rental buildings.

Phase 2 has commenced construction. According to the brigil website this phase is to have up to 500 units. Photo taken today shows basement level being completed for what I beleive will be another 4 story apartment just west of phase 1.
