I really hope this will be developed soon. This has been another case of a long abandoned empty lot dragging the area around it down. Which is a shame because otherwise it is a fairly nice area.
We already had a pre-app meeting for the development permit application. The goal is to submit it right away if council approves the rezoning tomorrow. There still time for everyone to contact their ward councillor and ask to support the project. My experience at public hearings is that there is a chance that someone who opposes shows up out of nowhere to make a point.

Another Gooch project -- I must say that since his son joined the company there is hope that the level of quality architecture has shot way up. Any renderings o-worthy one and source of all that is behind the scenes -- @Avenuer? (or @Marcolangzi). If an application for a Development permit has been made the concept must be ripe for introduction.
