For someone who doesn't have or want a vehicle this is a good area to consider. The bus service on Whyte Ave to the Unversity and LRT is fairly good and a variety of goods and services are walkable to nearby.

However, if you have or need a vehicle to go elsewhere in the city, you probably really want a designated parking spot as street parking is not easy to get around here.

And withe the other property across the road being built, this intersection (81 and 105) is gonna feel a whole lot different in a couple years time.
