I wanna believe it but this is what Pavonne does…..regurgitate old proposals like this one. I posted one as few months back of Regency’s Holy Rood project…..

Now compare this to the Massey Ferguson "effort".
Looks good. The Park Allen townhouse render (above) is maybe even better than this one. The corner units in particular are done well. The cantilevered joists extending to cover the corner balconies and corner windows besides being functional gives the building a good balanced appearance.
