Thanks to all the forum members that have been posting construction update pictures, nice to keep tabs on progress while I'm out of town.

I don't think I've seen any updates on the downtown connector portion though, is that being worked on currently?

Please don't tell me this thing is going to operate as two separate legs...

When this line is completed I think the short trips within the central area will be great. Like you'll be able to quickly hop on the train and get from 124 st to Brewery district area to CBD area and all in between, which should invite people on nights out or events. I believe the low floor design makes it feel more urban and welcoming too.

It’s actually going to be a one way, so no signals needed there

My only issue with the firetrucks downtown is that they're far louder than needed. I hope this can be fixed as more people move to central areas.
