It's on Victoria Promenade next to the Annamoe (spelled Lessard—after Senator Prosper-Edmond Lessard).
That took me a few minutes to figure out with Google Maps. I can't say I'm enamoured with most of the exterior material on Lessard. The black trim is nice but the faux (or is it a real veneer) sandstone along the street frontage looks like about one of a thousand suburban house treatments I feel like I've seen.

If the exterior of the Lessard was meant to convey luxury or timeless quality, my mindset doesn't see it.

Regardless, I'll wish the Clifton well as it appears to be attracting enough buyers that buy into the aesthetic.

Looks like new screening around the site

I think the more appropriate question is: has anyone been by lately to see how the future construction is progressing? Can anyone confirm if ground has been broken? 😉
