Any renders floating around?
There's UG parking in the Intact Building (building along Jasper Ave) and the red brick apartment building.Going back many years, our family used that surface lot at the south end of the property, because it helped service the building at the south end of the block, which back then had a sizeable medical focus.
I wonder what losing the service provided by that surface lot will mean for building at the south end of the block. Maybe it has its own u/g parking?
And IanO said more to come too...This section of 108 St is going to be unrecognizable in the span of a year lol, which is amazing.
I'm hoping for more movement on the other side of the Warehouse Park. It's also getting a streetscape renewal and Westrich owns a lot there so it's prime for something.And IanO said more to come too...![]()
Ian was eluding to his already approved highrise on 106th St. Highly suspecting Westrich is shaking things up a bit on their strategy for DT, will this stay a massive highrise? Or will Ian dumb it down a bit or somewhere in between?I'm hoping for more movement on the other side of the Warehouse Park. The Warehouse Park out here getting hundreds of millions of private investment around it, all for the measly cost of $45 million lol
