Very nice people, too.
Layman's terms = some person from YYC (who cares?) named AJ Roque - whom sells ice cubes, will be at Next of Kin on Saturday night? This fantastic opportunity to meet an ice cube purveyor - will not only occur at Next of Kin but also at Nero? Is this something that only comes around ONCE every 100 years or so?AJ Roque from Proof in Calgary (and also the ice supplier for a lot of high-end bars in the province) will be at Next of Kin tomorrow and Saturday. Might be a good chance to check out both Next of Kin and Nero!
I mean, I figure you are probably capable of clicking on the link if you want more context?Layman's terms = some person from YYC (who cares?) named AJ Roque - whom sells ice cubes, will be at Next of Kin on Saturday night?
Notably, these two places are very close to each other.will not only occur at Next of Kin but also at Nero
If anyone can get reservations for Nero tonight - around 7ish - which you can't - you will be in the company of 2 Oilers and presumably their significant others - both of whom wear the Number "9," on their jerseys within the combination of 2nd number.Nero is now open in the Brewery District and it is STUNNING
That has got to be the most ghetto new-build I have ever seen in my life. Was that built as a temp movie set?I see that Newcastle Pub moved a few blocks North....now that "demographic" of clientele can bother the good folks in that neighborhood now....

Even worse... a strip mall was built there 15 years ago that basically never leased, then it somehow burnt down maybe 5-6 years ago, then it was rebuilt to this...That has got to be the most ghetto new-build I have ever seen in my life. Was that built as a temp movie set?
EESH... well then the insurance was probably such that it would replace like for like. There's so much fly-by-night to see there, and results are so ugly not even its mother could like it.Even worse... a strip mall was built there 15 years ago that basically never leased, then it somehow burnt down maybe 5-6 years ago, then it was rebuilt to this...
Not gonna lie but this post kinda of bothered me. I think it would be best as a city if we didn’t post about the private dining plans of a couple of our most famous residents. If anyone can get reservations for Nero tonight - around 7ish - which you can't - you will be in the company of 2 Oilers and presumably their significant others - both of whom wear the Number "9," on their jerseys within the combination of 2nd number.
