Not sure about subtrades but these are being done by different general contractors so "resource allocation" shouldn't be an issue...

I feel the problem may be at the city level, even if different companies are involved I am not sure they can push for two similar projects to be completed at the same time.

The Michael Phair side literally no work done in the last month and simply being used for construction parking.

It would have been nice to get that side completed and (re)turned over to those of us who live and work in the neighbourhood.
