Does anyone recommend any buildings in downtown to rent? I've been looking to move downtown and just want a nice building with a city view and a gym/fitness centre.

My girlfriend has a place at the Parks, the unit is really nice and the amenities are great. The gym is great as well. Not a budget choice though.

Last I heard, they were working on the utility upgrades for the second tower, which were significant. My understanding is that the first tower didn't require as much. There is also the entrance to the LRT on the north side of Jasper that is supposed to be re-done, I believe.

It's definitely still on the agenda. The Infill Infrastructure Fund has an unspecified project (Project 05) that has over 450 units. The only thing even close to that sort of project in the area shown is the Parks Phase II.

Too bad we didn’t know someone on here that could detail all of those “numbered” projects that had no “titles.” Hmmmmmm……..who do we know…..who do we know?

I am not surprised at all, the building itself looks to be complete, by itself. I'm not sure how serious the developer is in building the second phase but it does look like they set it up to walk away if necessary.
From my experience, this is never a good sign in the Edmonton market.

Hmmmmmm…..how confident are you with that statement? Initial investors would “pull out” even with HAF bucks secured?
