I do wonder why they don't just extend the balcony along the entire window. (It looks good though! I won't complain.)

As small as these are they could have been Juliette Balconies instead, conjoined as an architectural feature. That would have made a big difference in overall design. That said a reasonably good design effort.

Nice looking project, but for me even more exciting seeing Eagle grow and evolve as a company, taking on bigger and more complex projects like this.

I especially like the texturing on the blank vertical walls.
