So strange to see this all concrete structure. It's like a bunker. Why would someone build like that? Can't imagine it's cheaper.

And it looks like it is just the 8f structure.

Interesting structure for sure. So it looks like it is directly connected to the hospital? Seems like it's abutted right against it with presumably a passage on the ground floor?

The Village of Riverbank Terrace... that's a mouthful of a name. Makes no sense for something that doesn't have any townhouses either.

I pray to all that is holy the cladding isn't actually salmon precast with beige trim/accent.

Seems like the bay windows and the accent on the upper portions are more of a bronze.

If the ground floor is actual stonework with some coping and detail, the top floor and bay windows are some kind of bronze aluminum and the tower portions a salmon brick or nice quality pre cast I suppose it could end up looking nice. Not like the the existing string of towers along Riverside are much to look at. Not until you get to the Riveria anyways.

No, it's not directly connected to the lab/medical building. There might be a causeway that adjoins the buildings in the future - depends which drawings you look at.
Phase 1 is up. Crane is currently physically located between Phase 1 and Phase 2:town square. The Phase 2 of the 16 storey is not underway. The new "Block B" parking lot is also being heavily used already (~150 cars this AM).

Connected the the medical building is fine since it's connected to the Riverside, which... is really just a medical building...
