NM….we’re still getting the owners original vision of a bunch of commercial spaces that we already have too many of…..
 
The OWSJ main floor with no elevator and no ability to hoist things into the basement is going to be a challenge. Best of luck to Pemco on this one.
 
It seems to be delayed, so I suppose it is easy to second guess what the owner is doing, but it is not COVID lock downs any more and the street is becoming busier and busier again.

It is one of a very few actual vibrant retail streets in Edmonton, which is part of its popularity, so it may just turn out fine.
