Relevé yesterday. Wanted to take a shot before it gets obscured by the Renaissance.

Really wondering what is going to be at ground level. That is a seriously big space, with far fewer obstructions than Moon.
Hopefully we find out soon.
Shes so purdy.
Still can't believe this was built pretty much as proposed. We lost a few floors, but it's still on.the tall side and stunning.

My only gripe is that we lost the floors from the original proposal. 40+35+30 would have been amazing here.

Also don't like parking entrances on both Albert and Slater. Having an IN ramp on Albert and OUT ramp on Slater (or vice versa) taking up part of the mid-block connection, and another exit behind the Renaissance.

This plan 2020 doesn't make sense. There's just a ramp behind the Renaissance, and I'm not convinced it's wide enough for both directions. Slater has nothing and Albert only has receiving.

That's an outdated plan. The only parking garage access for the three towers is on Slater in Tower B. Albert St. has a loading dock for Tower A, the Renaissance loading dock is located as per the outdated plan.

Very interesting. I wonder who scooped up the 9848sf. It's right at the small end of an average downtown Shoppers Drug Mart.
Shoppers!? There was a time they took up nearly every new major retail space downtown. Kind of forgot about them.

They plan to open 34 new stores in 2026 so it would make sense
