I would guess this brings closer to 1000 new residents if their unit sizes and ratio of 2bdrms is similar to other 105ave buildings.

The CoE should be thinking about pedestrian realm improvements in the area soon. Add some nice streetscaping, some trees and this area could be amazing in the not so distant future. And still room for more (higher quality) developments as well.

just the ave though, not the streets. Need more trees, narrower streets and wider sidewalks!

This area could really turn out to be the 6 storey neighborhood a lot of people are hoping for

Already done. Streets have boulevard trees and 113st has the new bike lane on the east side that dramatically reduced the road width thankfully.

This pic right here. Whie I'd appreciate some higher quality architecture, I love the scale of these buildings and I'm really excited to see Columbia ave keep expanding. The CRUs and pocket park are awesome
