Balconies look amazing.

The southern portion of the podium looks a bit peculiar. Like its the face of a school or some civic type of building. I don't dislike it. Just saying it stands out.

Yeah I hate the beige brick (I hate all beige brick). I think they were trying to match the registry building but they were off by a lot color-wise

Perhaps they should have went with arched windows in addition to going a little darker on the brick.

In this very rare instance, I would have preferred a grey or charcoal coloured brick to let the Registry Office stand out, but if they were going to try to match the buff brick, I agree arched windows would have been a good choice.
