Looking forward to how this turns out. I'd like to see more new buildings feature industrial style grid windows (as shown in the rendering) in its design.

One of the slowest-moving projects on record. I did hear that their first contractor went bankrupt but even since it restarted it has moved VERY slowly and one seldom sees more than one or two workers on site
