Unless it cant be developed while this construction is underway and the area is being used for the admin offices, I cant believe the west side of stampede trail is still just crickets.

speaking to some people on site they said the road on the south side was going to be raised substantially, not sure how that fits in to the current brick road.

fwiw it hasnt changed much or at all on the exterior

was by there today, its gonna need some tlc on the detailing after they finish it up. building doesnt look worth saving in its current state.
