    It's basically a grant program for market housing, as MLI Select's rates are more or less market value in Edmonton. If this does not get any projects going Downtown, not sure what will tbh.

    Admin is proposing a Downtown Attainable Housing Incentive, basically a grant program for property tax rebates with a proposed budget of $30 million. It is being presented at Urban Planning Committee on March 4th.

    Hmmm because the Winspear is still trying to fund the rest of the costs needed to complete the interior. That's why it's not open yet. If you have an issue with that, donate or ask some rich friends to donate.

    What if those employees are all 'forced' to come to the office 5 days a week, but all of them pack their own lunch and do not drive (i.e. transit, bike, walk, etc.) and just stay in their office all day from 9 to 5. Is that 'revitalization'? Just playing Devil's Advocate here, as I know for sure...
