    But the question is, which suburban spot? Even ignoring the benefit of good transit, downtown is central to the whole city. That office at 32nd and Barlow might be closer for people living in the NE or SE, but way less convenient for people in the NW or SW.

    I think that was an artifact of everyone trying to cram onto the open air +15 thing out of the dome and the piss ramp over Macleod. But there was always the option to leave the dome at surface level, and cross Macleod at the light. Now those are the only options. There's also a crossing guard...

    DP2026-00451, a mixed-use building on Centre St N. 15 m high, and 10 units. Interesting rendering, because the streetscape surrounding 2811 Centre St N doesn't look anything like this.

    It's not clear to me right now whether this will connect to anything east of 116 St, or will be a T intersection for now. I agree. Until this corridor is fully built out with buildings, which may well take a long time, there are going to be a lot more cyclists than pedestrians.
