This entire neighbourhood is in such a sad state it looks third world. Too bad we didn't get to see some of the proposed projects follow through during the condo boom

All Canadian university buildings are becoming increasingly bland it seems... Even the universities in the West

AI is already replacing consulting and banking jobs so I'm not sure if there will be enough demand by the time this gets built.

Living that close to the transmission lines will cause cancer!

Still think it's a missed opportunity for something better in such a prime site. It deserves a development like Station Square in Metrotown or at least something bland and tall with placemaking retail units like the City of Lougheed towers.
