How do we think this plays out with the last tower? Does the crane come down? Does it convert to rental, and they build it?

Do we think we see any proposals for hotels down here over the next few months/years? I know HUPEG snagged a few properties nearby, including a parking lot off Vine St. and the one-storey building by the Mosque on York Blvd. Both would be good candidates for a hotel.

There is a demo team on site here setting up scaffolding. PDI is doing the demo - the same one who did TV City.

This is great to see! The density added down on this stretch of King St. will be nice to see. Hopefully the stretch of retail/commercial as you get closer to Mac in this stretch continues to improve. It's a really cool pocket of the City.

Agreed. I think a darker brown brick that looks a little weathered could have looked really nice.
