Ferguson Ave. side is almost finished and for lease signs are in the window. I like how the 'fence' outside also matches the Kiwi building.

The podium of the King William buildings looks much better than this one IMO.

The most recent Heritage Committee meeting had some details on this. Sales for the condo were mentioned and are planned for Spring or Fall 2025.
