Nice looking dog!

For the folks who think the scale is too big, I would argue that this is the roughly the same scale as Glenmore Landing, but in a far better location with nearby LRT, SAIT, nearby bike lanes and Kensington in general. It’s the perfect place for high density.

It’ll be nice to see a low rise in among all the high rises. The problem with the east side of the Beltline is, it’s either empty parking lots or tall towers. We could use a few low rises thrown in.

Great to see this moving ahead, we’ll be rolling in high rise action for a while.

Hell yeah.

Won’t be long before this is rising above. It’s going to be a fun summer.

This is also on 24th Ave just east of Crowchild. I don’t know that this is, but there’s fresh dirt. Maybe a construction start?

A small infill building is going up next to BTYYC.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the average per unit was higher than 1.5 the past few years. Anecdotally I know of new Canadians with 4 or 5 people to an apartment.
