...that is one UGLY building.. well.. at least the blue-grey part is - if that had been I dunno.. maybe black? And symmetrical windows...

Ridley does a lot of the heritage building windows in Toronto. They've done their share of arched windows, so I wouldn't imagine it...

I think you're forgetting who MADE this building - Vrancor doesn't have a good history of first floor.. anything.

Yes I am sure they will - those are easier to do and quite larger too. But it makes one wonder how they did the minor arched ones so...
