That is correct, the Residential Building has its foundations and whatever else that had been below grade. I believe that anything above grade is beginning right away

So a bit of a question then. If we do need at least another hotel because there is a demand for it, why doesn't another hotel operator establish a new hotel? I too would like to see another hotel, but what is stopping it from happening if there is such a need for another hotel?

When I think of it this will be a great addition to the area. I on occasion have to go to areas along Ellerslie but find that I have very few options when going there. This interchange will shorten my travel time on Ellerslie Road without a doubt.

This makes a lot of sense though considering that it would also connect to the LRT and park and ride easily.
