Thanks for putting those stats together. I think it shows an encouraging trend on row houses but it’s the mid-rises (and taller buildings eventually) that will be where the real catch up happens. Already with the mid-rises in the pipeline you can see how that’s where the real density happens...

I wonder if the Metis Nation scaled back their ambitions and are just focusing now on the one building that is planned to be started this year. Perhaps elements of this can be part of the Urban Reserve plan coming back to council later this year but it seems like a different project.

I have the same thought re retirement/assisted living. Makes a ton of send to be close to the RAH and the Hys Centre. As for the Humpty's site, isn't that the same company that has been working on the St. A Square site in St Albert for years?

The development permit for the multifamily across Alpha Blvd by the same architect was just approved recently, correct? I wonder if they were working out the kinks on that application before submitting these? And hopefully that is a sign that there won't be too many issues on these?
