Manulife was really the last vestige of "old downtown luxury retail" that simply doesn't exist anymore. As much as City Centre Mall's decline has marred downtown recovery, getting decent tenants back into Manulife is pretty damn important, too. I'm very curious about this whole thing.

I'm also struggling to picture how that will work... the former Revolver space (which faced the food court, just like the gym) was just recently renovated into a dental clinic.
If you have a tappable credit or debit card, I don't even see what the point is of having an ARC card anymore? The fare is the same either way, isn't it? I stopped loading up my ARC card a few weeks ago for this reason.
