Seconded. This should be moved back to pre-construction. For whatever reason, Block B was completed before Block A, and I haven't seen any sort of work on Block A.

I'll consider adding it to the list when I'm in the area for HMLRT stuff. Though I will not be able to get close shots due to the type of facility it is.
