It seems the 'east' side of downtown is no longer 'east' but 'is' downtown practically.

Very impressive and expensive looking machinery/devices. Are those tunnel 'borers' from Europe or elsewhere? I wonder how they are powered. Diesel?

Not a very pretty building IMHO.

Hmmm I rather like the look and feel of this proposal. I think it will make a great place for people to live despite its 'incoherent design language' or 'visual hierarchy' . Which from my understanding of what I just read says 'pretentious snobbery' in its language.

Is this truly under construction? I'm only glad that another empty lot is being built upon. Irregardless of the micro unit issue the architecture from a street point of view looks acceptable.

I wonder when the new 'curvy 'bridge will be built? Does any body know?

I think this may be a sleeper hit?!

I'm looking forward to seeing some of these developments in this area starting. One can only wonder what the time frame will be? The new park will be a huge draw.

I worked there at that time at the 'Dundas Room' at Eaton's as a waiter while going to "Ryerson". It was a perfect job. 5:00-9:00 PM M-F (Sometimes Saturday). As a student right across the street from school! It was great. Anybody remember the 'Dundas Room' ?

It is apparent this naming has created some controversy which is worthy of discussion pro or con.

I say let's meet at Yonge and Dundas! Across from the confusing blank concrete space filled with grifters! Yay see you soon.
