It looks like they are installing the cladding on both towers at a rate of roughly 1.5 floors per week. At that rate, we should see them fully clad in the next 3 to 3.5 months by mid to late June.

I can actually see the very tips of these towers coming in on the 417 west at St. Laurent mall. Didn't know they would be that visible!

Months after the demolition of the old bank building there is still no movement on this development. The site remains totally flat and vacant with no signs of construction mobilization happening any time soon.

This is one of the slowest builds I've seen in a while. Walked by the site recently and although it was hard to get close to the excavation pit to see down inside, it looked like they've only completed maybe one level of underground parking so far. Don't expect this to rise above grade any time...

That red cladding is just so sexy to see on a tower. Have there been any rumors on potential commercial tenants yet?

Rumor is that the existing old building will be demolished imminently within the coming days. Once the building is demolished, the plan is to move straight into excavation and construction of the new building.

While I am still excited to see the cladding's colour gradient become more prominent as it rises, I think I'm one of the few that would have actually preferred to just keep the cladding as the solid deep red colour all the way up the tower. Nevertheless, these are still my favourite builds going...

Looking through the photos taken over the last two months, the west tower seems to be rising at an average rate of 1.5 floors/week while the east tower is averaging about 1 floor/week. If this rate holds steady, we could expect the west tower would top out in about 11-12 weeks (mid-February)...
