That first rendered image is quite sneaky because it removes the fencing and trees that abut Allen Road making it seem more open and calm

Are you sure these are the right renders? You posted these exact photos for 250 Viewmount as well.

From the article: “There are still additional steps that need to be taken after this phase to ensure the line is safe and reliable before opening - including a bedding in period to further test the system and independent certification.” So much for RSD being the final testing phase.

A little besides the point but that 2010 map is wrong, it mistakenly includes Downsview Park which only opened in 2017 (also incorrectly calling it Downsview and Downsview as Sheppard West which it was not then known as)

That plaza is one of the worst along Marlee and that’s saying something. Good riddance that the sketchy spa and weird cafe (the store front with just a black sign)

I'm curious what will happen to the lot across the street from the PetroCanada, that used to be an Esso/Husky but it has been dormant for ages. I believe the fencing just says "Option Construction" and has so for years.

Still no hints of who the retail tenant(s) will be :|

Personally I think this project would be much better if it were just the podium

Buying brand new, especially for a second car, is always financially irresponsible.
