Anybody know why the north entrance building needs such a deep excavation when the OL and GO platforms are going to be at ground level? There's also another deeply excavated section visible beneath the temporary pedestrian bridge, I'm guessing that is maybe where the ventilation plant will be...

Just a curious question about the spoils from the tunnel boring machines as they progress along the Ontario Line route. I know that in the case of Eglinton West extension spoils from tunnelling had to be transported all the way back to the TBM launch site to be stored temporarily until hauled...
