Hopefully after demolition of those old apartment blocks all the lovely red-brown bricks are re-purposed there or even somewhere else because I think they look just great!

Today

Looking very sleek and I really like the font. Tighter kerning would have been my preference, especially the I O N. Perhaps however when lit up at night it will project out a further distance this way.

It would have been nice if the abandoned building to the north was incorporated into this development somehow.
