The Construction Manager from Lanterra on this project needs glasses. The variance in the gaps between different panels is embarrassing. How can this be acceptable?

Looks better than I expected. The tower will look amazing with the brick, balconies and metal rail. Something different!

This was not sold as a luxury building; however I think it will be nice based on the renderings.

There is certainly a lot of negativity surrounding new condos in the city. I definitely want to be positive. I based my calculations on what the average price of this project was selling for when it hit 70% sold and obtained building permit, if I recall somewhere back at the beginning of 2022...

I think that's a stretch, the average sqft price will have to improve by over 300sqft to feel like a winner on this condo. Don't think the market will move that much....maybe in 10 years you'll look like a hero.

I've walked all around this structure lately...day and night. Rental or not, it's just not appealing to the eyes. All the other new rentals and condos are much nicer looking. They could have just copied the rest of the design in the area....not that hard.

This is embarrassing! Who ever designed this, then approved this, and let this be built should all lose their jobs. You've built public a storage building. Horrible

The rail corridor helps a west view 5 floors and above, it will have unobstructed views of full CN tower.
