Looking at the first exterior render, I'm scared the colour and material choice will look like failed barcode design of the Faculty of Health Sciences building at Lees (which is pretty ugly)

Hasnt this project technically started a year or two ago with consultations and choosing a design? So from the very start to the end, it will be around 8 years (in my opinion is way too long). I'm not commenting on the actual tearing down and construction (slated for 4 years) but the total...

We've been talking about this, Tunney's and NRCan lands for years... with little to no progress. I'm hoping to see something happen (understanding full built out will be long, but start off parcel by parcel), but remaining skeptical.

Yes, look a lot more flat and less steep than the current bridge. I really hope they follow through with the lighting, that would look very nice at night.

I hate the random patches of grey bricks within the brown.
