Would make a great gift wrap pattern or a wallpaper for the washroom of a bubble tea shop. Luxury development… not so much.

What is with the hideous weird smiling rainbow flowers? Using the word “art” very liberally here.

    10 Lower Spadina (?,?,?)

The 105 storey tower is about half a kilometer from the water's edge and there are going to be five buildings south of it descending in height. Don't hold your breath height junkies lol

    10 Lower Spadina (?,?,?)

In the plan buildings are supposed to be low at the lake and ascend in height the further away you move from it. Could only get 20storeys here like the opposite corner. If the developer also acquired the Francophone building to the north then they would probably be allowed a taller building...

I wish they would connect Portland to Dan Leckie, there aren't enough roads crossing the rail tracks.

I remember the city wanting to protect The Castlefield Design District from development and keep it an employment area. There is nowhere in the city limits for these types of businesses to go, we are already losing The Golden Mile to residential development.

I was shocked at the rents of the smaller res buildings on Wellington, many of them have enormous terraces bigger than the unit or multiple balconies, and they seem to have counted the outside square footage as if it were actually useable space. There are very tiny units that have 3x the space...

    Toronto Toronto | Mirvish Village (Honest Ed's Redevelopment) | 85.04m | 26s | Westbank | Henriquez Partners

There are more towers coming to this intersection and Bathurst Street is a densification corridor zoned for midrise. Also, they were all filled before the development and if the neighbourhood was able to support shops on a quiet side street (Markham) before this development, surely there is...

I could not be more disappointed that 5 fine grain retail storefronts have been merged into one spot for this stupid college outpost. There was nowhere else they could have put this? So annoying. Why does it need to occupy a ground floor? That could have been a coffee shop, a barber, a flower...

    Toronto Toronto | 46 Spadina Avenue | 99.18m | 28s | Capitol Buildings | Wallman Architects

This is hideous. The warehouse mimicry doesn’t match or compliment the heritage building. The warehouse mimicry is of a totally different era, it looks like the buildings they tore down on Dupont or the industrial buildings that used to be south of Union Station. The brick colour should contrast...
